  1. Establish the diagnosis

    Your examination comes first, along with any imaging needed to show what a visual examination can't, and tests of the nerve where its condition is in question. Treatment decisions follow the diagnosis.

  2. Treat active disease first

    Dr. Brosi treats decay and gum disease before cosmetic or complex work begins, because work built on untreated disease tends to fail early.

  3. Keep as much natural tooth as possible

    Enamel doesn't grow back. When a smaller restoration will last, that's what he recommends, and when it won't, he'll explain the reasons and the alternatives.
