Planning a visit from out of town
Highway 41 and Highway 49 are the main routes into Oakhurst, and driving times vary quite a bit among these communities. A few preparations make the trip easier.
- Mention where you're traveling from when you schedule the appointment.
- Complete patient forms before you leave home.
- Bring photo identification, your dental plan card if you have one, and a current list of your medications.
- Feel free to ask about the cost of planned treatment while you're on the phone.
